Ross announced today that Adam Arena, of Great Valley, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and engaging in monetary transactions with criminally derived proceeds for his role in fraudulently obtaining and laundering nearly $1 million in funds from the COVID-19 relief Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), was sentenced to serve 66 months in prison by Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny.
